Standard Construction Contract

Our Standard Construction process is tailored for clients with existing project drawings who are prepared to advance their project. We begin by estimating the project cost based on the provided drawings, followed by entering into a construction contract. Subsequently, we handle permit submissions, proceed with construction, and ultimately secure your certificate of occupancy.

Conceptual Phase Then Design Build

Our Conceptual Phase is ideal for clients seeking initial floor plan development and MEP narratives, occasionally including exterior elevation as required. This phase serves as a cost-effective starting point, typically accounting for 10-15% of the Architectural process. It furnishes ample information for us to prepare a Design-Build Contract. Once the contract is in place, we proceed to finalize project drawings, submit for permits, commence construction, and ultimately obtain your certificate of occupancy.
